We answer questions about your account, the rent comparison, the extended reference search or a rent dispute by e-mail. Tell us which e-mail address you signed up with so we can match your request. Tell us as well whether you are a member of the tenants' association or have legal expenses insurance. It changes what support helps you next. We read every message ourselves and reply as quickly as our small team allows.

Press, partnerships, associations
We welcome media enquiries, partnerships with tenants' associations, advice centres, researchers or cities, and ideas for joint projects. We are always open to working with the Swiss tenants' association.
